Please join me for this special class on Thursday, March 20th, the spring equinox! I will be taking you through a specific sequence of postures, up the chakric ladder and while you are holding the postures, I will simultaneously be working in everyone, clearing and balancing your chakras and energy circuits, in all lifetimes, dimensions, and life cycles, going to where the distortion originated, followed by a long savasana and meditation.

This day is a day when the masculine and femine energies come into balance and in the yogic tradition, is considered a day with the greatest possibility to transcend your physical limitations. It becomes a level playing field on this day. Let’s make you the best players on the field!
