Please join me for this in-person Yoga class on New Year’s Day at 10:00am. Open to all!
This is a perfect way to set the energy for the upcoming year. We will take a few minutes to do a little ritual to release what no longer serves you from 2023. I will run special energy to help release and reset you.
We will do a special vinyasa practice, attuning you to Divine frequencies. Stay after and enjoy my famous vegan black eyed peas and cornbread for good luck!
