She will be taking you through a specific sequence of postures, up the chakric ladder, and while you are holding the postures, she will simultaneously be working in everyone, clearing and balancing your chakras and energy circuits, in all lifetimes, dimensions, and life cycles, going to where the distortion originated, followed by a long savasana and meditation.

This day is a day when the masculine and femine energies come into balance and in the yogic tradition, is considered a day with the greatest possibility to transcend your physical limitations. It becomes a level playing field on this day. Let’s make you the best players on the field!
